The room was smaller than I expected, it was clean but a few teenagers that I had to keep killing so they wouldn’t go in my things. The staff was polite and kind. Hardly any English but I used Google Translate so it wasn’t bad. The breakfast was okay, they just needed a wider variety and for it to be hot. The outside of the building would make you not book it if you saw it in person but the interior is very clean and nice. The area looks not so safe, but each time I went outside we were safe so don’t watch the location. There is a nice restaurant across from the casino, the food is great there. As well as a burger cart. The burger slack and it’s for $2.50. My overall experience was good I give them a 4 star. Would go back if I’m traveling to Panama again. I do hope the exterior is upgraded though and them teenagers gone.

We arrived at your hotel at about 2 PM. Both female desk members sat behind the desk with their heads down and never looked up. Finally, after a couple of minutes I had to say hello. They looked up, went through our paperwork and said we have to wait until three for a room, cause it’s not ready. I asked if we could at least complete the paperwork and pay for the room so they don’t have to do every person in line at 3 PM. she decided to do that and when she completed, she gave us a room. It’s quite obvious it was ready five minutes earlier when she told me to sit down she just didn’t feel like doing anything until 3 PM. The rest of the staff was great. The air-conditioning in the room was horrible. 1009. There was mold in numerous locations in the bathroom, which I took pictures of. Also, the Wi-Fi was poor.This is not the quality I expect from a Radisson/Choice hotels brand establishment.

El hotel por la calidad precio es bastante bien por lo cubre todas la necesidades de un viajero tanto el área como las amenidades que tiene sin embargo su personal no tiene ni la mínima idea de cómo atender , no tienen un buen costumer service , como viajero he tenido la oportunidad de viajar a varios países este fue mi primer país al cual no regresaría por más bello y atracciones que tengan por el trato , a nuestra llegada el recibimiento fue pésimo por parte de los recepcionistas como trabajador en el área hotelera de mi país dejan mucho que desear desde nuestra primera interacción fue pésima la forma en la que responden si muy bien se que el Hotel puede tener muchas fallas el cual puede ser ajeno a los empleados el cual entiendo y comprendo perfectamente que no tiene la culpa sin embargo si tu trato es pésimo solo lo arruina como fue nuestro caso desde la llegada con el recepcionista de lentes y la de pelo largo fue pésimo las formas que tiene de atender a la gente y no solo fue conmigo si no con otros huéspedes que conocimos durante la estadía Si no te importa como te hagan sentir el hotel puede ser perfecto para ti pero desde mi punto de vista el servicio es pésimo por el cual no lo recomiendo

Nice room, great rooftop pool area, friendly staff, free breakfast buffet. Cons: area is pretty shady, don't walk around at night, use uber. Bugs in the bathroom everyday, not terrible but more than my liking. Overall not a bad place, and now knowing the cons, I'd still go back. And a big plus is, it's close to everything. Ubers always between $3-5. Great!

I booked this room for my elderly grandmother, who had an appointment at the nearby hospital, along with my aunts. The staff was very kind and welcoming. According to my family, the room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. It made their stay much easier during an important medical visit. I’m grateful for the great service they gave my family!

The hotel was affordable and offered good value for the price. Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The building itself was okay, and for a short stay of a few days, the room was a decent size and well maintained. However, the bedding and towels could definitely use an upgrade. The location was very central, with a 24-hour supermarket and several restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price.

It was perfect location, wonderful and friendly staff, but my table was broken and needed to be repaired only to break again and the renovation(awesome) was a little annoying.
