2/10 Terrible

"You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones out in the hallway. The hair dryer was completely missing and must have been pulled out of the wall, there were just holes where it should have been. The gym equipment was 1/2 out of order as was one of the dryers. The only staff member that was helpful and at least tried was Joolah. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly) "

"Very convenient because it is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast with good options - cereal, bagels, bread, waffles, egg, sausage, yogurt, juices, fruit. One problem - the doors on my floor had a no smoking sign on them, but when I walked into the room, there was a cigarette smell. The person at the front desk told me that I could not change rooms since they were fully booked. Fortunately, the smell wasn't too strong."

"The room was great, but please hire more staff. It took us 2 hrs to be served our food in the restaurant. One person was in charge of everything, which was no fault of their own. At breakfast the coffee ran out & it took way too long to bring more. Once again one server was in charge of cleaning their own tables & helping people."
