「This is a fantastic location on the Bosphorus with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. One gets the feeling of staying at a seaside mansion. Alcohol is not served at this property. For its own reasons, the hotel only accepts married couples. The area has many dining options, including some of the best seafood.」
「The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5.」
「Staff is super helpful and friendly. Muhammed and Bedirhan were exceptional in how they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. We wanted to say thank you.」
