「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「Spacious and clean, great breakfast, staff at reception and restaurant are all nice 」

「There's too much road noise and many things needs maintenance in the building and the separator walls are too thin so everyone hears each other, these are the negatives. Positive sode, location is good, car parking is an asset, staff is helpful」

「Poor service, in particular the receptionist: 1. Unable to answer our request to arrange airport transfer in advance despite our repeated follow-up attempts 2. Failure to provide an invoice at checkout 3. Failure to provide an email invoice to date (more than a week since checkout) as agreed 4. Inconsistency - one receptionist said I could get Marriott points at checkout but the other staff said I couldn't when checking out」

「地點可以附近有很多不錯餐廳 有個shopping mall」

「Everything was terrific. One big plus is being next to the Zorlo Mall with many good restaurants.」

「We stayed for only 4 nights but the staff were very kind and courteous especially - Egebert and」
