Smart, clean but soul-less

Service fell a little short of expectation. Asked to wait 10mins at check in due to a large delegation in front, however only 1 colleague on reception - second colleague quickly spotted me and realised I was on a tight schedule. No iron in room and 3 requests not actioned for one to be provided. Room clean and functional, small bar area, just felt a little soul-less.

Restaurangen kunde varit bättre beställde soppa till förrätt men dom kom in med huvudrätten och hade glömt våran soppa. Behövde hjälp med taxi, motvilligt ordnad dom det. Hotellet saknade den höga service som man normalt får.
