"Great location"

"Hotel is in an ideal location, we used the swimming pool which was good fun with our 1yr old. The staff were amazing when our child was suddenly sick in the night. Their staff cleaned our whole room, changed beds and gave extra towels and sheets; they were so helpful we appreciated it. Breakfast is really nice too and easy to help yourself "

"We knew that we had booked a room without a view. We were delighted with the room, which had been recently re-done. It was spacious and spotlessly clean.The rest of the hotel had undergone a refurb too and looked wonderful. The main thing to commend was the staff, who were delightful, friendly and helpful. This was especially so with the breakfast staff, who were a credit to you."

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move after the 4 hours is up, but we'd driven into town so didn't need to. Lance was great at comms and gave lots of extra info with we needed it. Highly recommend and we'll definitely stay again. "
