There were hairs on the toilet and towels, dirty counters, and the bathtub clearly had not been cleaned. The room felt completely unsanitary. I had to contact Hotels.com to request a refund and it took several days and pushback before it was finally resolved. Very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again. "
