「Charmin and unique」

「My welcome was fantastic! Great communication ahead of my stay and on the day of my arrival, excellent directions and advise on parking. I parked on the street within 200 feet from the entrance, easy walk. My room was on the 3rd floor - i liked going up the stairs, liked the eclectic decor of the lobby, colors of the stairs, the bannisters. The hotel is spotless, my room was sparkling clean, bedding, pillows - so luxuriously comfortable - very good quality linens. The coffee/tea/refrigerator...

「The room was large and comfortable and very clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is in a bar district and did not seem particularly safe at night. The hotel requires a room key to open outside doors and access the elevator so inside felt very secure. 」
