"Room pillows on sofa were disgustingly nasty. The sheets were cheap and kept coming off of the bed. Bathrooms were clean and room was clean, but windiws tint was peeling so the view was not good. Coffee pot was really dirty, I have to clean and sanatize. Quite disappointed fir a $300+ night hotel room in Birmingham, Al. The food in the restaurants was great. Breakfast in the main restaurant was fabulous. Staff were very nice. I was not impressed, the Fairmount Marriott would have been a better choice with an exec suite if I only knew how small and the condition. Old was expected upscalesd rooms were expected."

"Great location. We were able to walk to an amazing park, Railroad Park, to numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Truly a hidden gem. "

"The room was clean but I was missing toilet paper in one. Not a good scenario when you have to do more then just urinate. The other room was missing tissues. When I called the front desk it took about 4 minutes to answer"

"Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building. "

"Breakfast menu had a great selection but the food that should have been hot to taste was cold....my hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the mattress in my room was horrible. It felt like a mattress cushion instead of an actual mattress. Staff was very polite and friendly. "
