"First off, the clean rooms are big and super comfortable. Superior bedding and comfort, with pillow choices, well thought out! Furniture design is a class apart; it is designed with the traveler in mind. From plugs all over the room to excellent lighting fixtures and ceiling-to-ground shades, keep the sun ☀️ out until you want. The fitness center has what you need. The indoor pool is small, but what else do you need? Just cool off. The staff was great, from the front desk to the breakfast staff; they seemed to like working there. Relaxed family atmosphere and multiple areas to relax or have fun. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. I would like to return. It is a great property. "

"Staff is great. Room is clean. They are trying to modernize and the effort shows. Only thing concerning is parking. Twice as many rooms as there is parking spaces and now they are removing 9 spaces for EV charging. "

"This place is near many things however, it was loud when I got there and in general, the place was old and unclean. My specific room was in the corner of the hallway and when people passed by, I could hear everything. The upper lock to my door was broken and the air conditioning seemed old. They had complementary breakfast, but seeing how dirty everything was, I decided to skip it and leave a day early. "

"Parking was safe and easy except for the 4 bone jarring speed bumps. Tv was 24”!!! Hard to hear and see! Neighbors were so noisy! Blackout curtains worked except the blinding halo around the outside of the curtains. I had to fix the TV remote. The lead was not touching the battery. Numbers and letters worn off of remote. Bathroom fan was noisy. Lights were all excessively bright and were the white LED. Not the warm white they should be. When I looked at map for hotel location near the aquarium, it said 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes during bumper to bumper stop and go traffic on the “freeway”. "

"My stay was not what I expected for the amount I paid. I could not turn on the shower and it was too late to call someone to fix it so I had to wash myself with your towels but I really wanted to take a shower!!"
