"Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston. The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot."

"From the moment I pulled up and the valet met my car until we departed and the valet assisted with the luggage it was a fabulous experience. I have stayed in MANY hotels in my 70+ years. The staff here was extraordinary! EVERYONE was kind, with a smile. Helpful, with a smile. Eight of us were in three rooms and had the best time. The kids used the pool which they loved. The bathrooms were very clean. As were the common areas. I highly recommend Seaport Hotel."

"Let’s start with positive - staff was very kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. But there was nothing special about this hotel. The rooms are average. The lobby is so small. We paid $200 for one night, no refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is super small, the water was never hot in the shower ,max was a body temperature level. The room was small. The heater was soooo loud we couldn’t sleep and had to turn it off for the night. The worst was the parking situation. If you park in the garage that the hotel suggests -you can’t get in and out, you have to pay each time. Not good. To find a street parking was impossible. The front desk lady helped us finding a good option, although you have to walk 2-3 blocks back to the hotel. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high, maybe the location? Anyways, there are better options in Boston. "
