"The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. That's about it. Multiple lights did not work, when we got there the microwave was unplugged and we had to call maintenance to come shift the cabinet enough to plug it in. Tiles in front of the sink were loose and broken, and you could see a thick layer of dust on some of the furniture, and the bathroom floor and shower were disgusting."

"The property was welcoming to pets. The property repairs should have been performed by craftsman, ie. Caulking. Painting was good. I have a working history in facility maintenance, that's where I give my suggestions from. The desk staff was outstanding!"

"My wife and I stay here whenever we have family gatherings in Cochrane. We’ve visited this hotel four times, and each stay has been consistently great. The staff is always friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, and there is ample parking. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
