「We thought for the price this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom, very clean. The front desk staff could of been more helpful. When we asked a few questions about getting in to town, ect. they weren't helpful. They should be more welcoming and friendly. Other than that issue everything was great.」

「This property is attached to the casino, which helps if you like to gamble. The hotel has a few food options available. There is no pool, which would have been a lovely option or a spa. Its location is great, close to Traverse City and downtown. 」

「We arrived at the Elk Rapids Lakeshore Inn in the evening and it was so quaint. We walked to the beach around dusk, about a block away through the trees and sat on the beach - it was beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We’d stay here again! 」
