「I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. 「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. 「This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken. 「I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again.」
