「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「We spent a week in this lovely hotel. I have travelled a lot and I rarely see so friendly staff that was in La Fiorita. Everything work like a well oiled motor. Mamma (the owner) was great and even fixed us own little breakfast area cause we were travelling with a dog. We will definitely stay again in this lovely hotel.」

「2nd time visiting Lake Garda Desenzano and the park hotel, like last time we had a wonderful stay, the room we wrre it has had a refurbishment which was nice, shower room was very nicely done and room on the whole was lovely, as was last visit the staff are great and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and Park Hotel is for sure one of the best hotels in Desenzano to stay when visiting 」

「Everything was lovely, except for our 5 hour boat ride we arranged with the hotel. The boat was having engine issues and was very slow. Because of this we visited no villages and stopped only at a village for lunch. Very disappointed. 」
