「Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. 「Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße. Sonst TOP」

La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens.」

「Super Lage mit super Ausblick. Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war üppig. Mir wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass erst ab 07:00 ausgecheckt werden kann. Das war schade weil ich um 04:00 vereisen wollte und musste Bardgeld hinlegen. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht kooperativ. Beim einchecken wurde ich nicht wirklich herzlich in Empfang genommen und meine Fragen wurden nicht vollständig beantwortet. Trotzdem würde ich erneut übernachten.」
