Terrible property. The ac who was only in one small area Leaked all over my shoes. The power went out in the middle of the night, so I had no charge on my phone. The owner was rude, when I asked him about oiwwr he said I can go charge in the gagrage. About the stay, told me he would do something, when I asked him later, he said he did not say that and it’s my fault. Stay away from this terrible place.

Das kleine Hotel ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Tolle Lage, besonders während der Oper Zeit, da es zwar in der Altstadt liegt, aber weit genug weg und damit sehr ruhig. Der Empfang und der Service für die Gäste ist perfekt! Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und liebevoll im Zimmer arrangiert. Wir hatten die Suite und das Zimmer ist schön groß für italienische Verhältnisse. Normalerweise bevorzuge ich moderne Hotels, aber es ist wirklich schnucklig und passt in die Umgebung. Man muss die Einrichtung allerdings auch mögen. Für ein großes Auto ist der Parkplatz etwas weit weg. Aber für ein paar Tage Verona wirklich sehr schön!

The location was perfect , a nice short walk into the main centre and very close to some nice restaurants and bars. The area can be quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening, however this didn’t bother us. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful with any information on travel, taxis, buses etc. The bathroom is lovely and the room was cosy and homely. The breakfast is very tasty, fresh and generous. Would definitely recommend for a short city break to Verona!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building with so much character, perfectly located for exploring the city. We stayed in a suite — elegant, comfortable, full of charm and plenty of room. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, drawing us a map of everything making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. This is truly a must-stay when visiting Verona! There was also a saxophone player playing on the bridge and it was amazing!!

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze auto parkeren in een garage onder het gebouw tegen 15 euro/nacht. We hadden de suite geboekt. Prachtige kamer. Kleine verouderde badkamer dit hadden we niet vetwacht voor een suite. Alles wel super netjes. Ontbijt is basic. Bij aankomst doorgeven wat je wil eten en wordt op de kamer gebracht.
