「Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00...

「Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.」

「Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a blend of old/charm and modern aesthetics. Kind of choppy layout of hotel. Has restaurant and spa-patronized both. Staff was helpful!」

「Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home.」

「Good environment, good location and good host;) 」

「Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo.」

Utsökt frukost serverad i hotellets trädgård.

Bagno molto grande e finestrato. Il gestore, Michele, molto gentile, disponibile e...

「Xenia was clean and comfortable. It was well situated for city sites (especially the Market) and public transportation. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Exceptional breakfast was included with our stay.」

「Wonderful location close to attractions, restaurants etc. Palazzo Santa Ninfa is like living as a countess or princess for your stay. Host Gianluca was amazing and helpful with every detail. The only thing I would mention is that there are steps up to apartment and a couple steps to bathroom and bathtub!」

「This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...
