「I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. 「Service is excellent. Shuttle bus is 24 hours to haram sharif. Only takes 10 min with bus and walking. It has people from all nationalities almost like a community atmosphere. You can pay more and stay in the flashier ones however umrah is about humility and how we are all equal.」
