「Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend 」

「I loved this hotel — it was clean and smelled amazing. There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.) Be sure to try Aryana Restaurant nearby — it has the best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, some reviewers mentioned there was no hot water. In fact, there is a switch in the washroom that turns on the water heater. Just turn it on for a few...
