「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「Comfortable, clean and all the basics. Nice staff, and decent breakfast. The whole place is a little bit tired (i.e. aging everything) but functional. Great value, except for the freeway noise. The windows sound like they are open even though they are closed. I had to buy silicone earplugs to get any sleep. If not for the road noise, this would have been a decent place especially for the price. Maybe the other side of the building would be better but I would avoid the freeway side.」

「Breakfast with limited options. The quilt is hard to control at right position. Air-condition is also hard to control with higher temperature. I will consider the other choice next time.」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」
