「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「Adequate for 2 nights. Place definitely needs a “facelift”. Pretty outdated interior. Clean. Good parking. Breakfast not great. Overcooked sausage and other items even at 0630 hours. 20 minute drive to NW Sports Hub. 10 minutes to Capital Mall area. Would likely only stay again in a pinch.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Rooms were very clean and roomy for my big kids. We were only there for the pool and jacuzzi more private for my 7yr old autistic grandson, he loved it and had so much fun. Lady at the front desk was super nice with a great attitude. Highly recommend this place.」

「There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful, The pool was very cold, and the room was VERY echoing, so the couple of kids in there made is so loud it would have been hard to spend much time in there, we didnt go in, also there was an ant crawling across the bed, we ending up going somewhere else for the night.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「I stayed for two nights for work and it was great! It’s very easy to get to, right off the freeway. Even though it’s close to the freeway, you don’t hear any traffic noise once you’re inside. The room was very nice and clean. It was very quiet. They have one of best fitness centers that I have found in a hotel. The Bistro was very convenient to grab a quick coffee and breakfast. This is definitely where I will stay the next time I am in town.」
