「For the price, it was good enough. Right at a busy freeway interchange on a six lane road, so the noise is pretty intense. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. Other guests were fine. The rooms, like most hotels these days, could use some extra maintenance—things like wobbly toilets and loose tub fillers. If you are from out of the area, expect the damp, mildew smell that western Washington rooms get. Thankfully the windows open for air flow. 」

「Rooms were nice and clean, front desk people were nice and friendly. But wish the bathroom was little bigger, it’s so hard to get out of the bathtub after shower bcz the toilets are so crunched in small space. 「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. "It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time."
