「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Really need to revise the description of the property. It’s listed as “2 queen beds”. There’s ONE queen bed, and a Murphy bed that requires a separate request of the host to prepare. It’s misleading. The property is listed as “breakfast included”, but there’s only cold cereal and a pint of milk. That’s all. No toast, nuthin else. cereal and a pint of 2%.」

「Really, really nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The only problem was the location - it's not far from downtown but you kind of have to cross a freeway to get there. However, there is a lovely and very walkable park just down the road. So all in all, A+ all the way!」

「Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.」
