I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. 「Good」

「I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.」

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「The staff were amazing. The room was clean and stocked. Had great options for breakfast. And the hot tub was nice and relaxing. I always choose to stay when I’m visiting family and traveling.」

「Very good 」

「Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money.」
