「Our stay was great! Jennifer, the manager of the motel, checked us in personally, and also gave us a map of the surrounding area as well as suggestions of hiking spots and of good restaurants. The other woman working the office, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and we felt very safe while there. 「The place is absolutely charming—beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located near the water. Everything you need is there to feel right at home. 「Impressive Victorian house, beautifully decorated throughout with hand-painted murals. Owners Jane and Skip were most welcoming and accommodating. Bed was most comfortable, but I loved the fluffy pillows! When I arrived, Jane told me breakfast would be simple…then surprised us with beautifully presented fresh fruit cups, French toast and perfectly cooked bacon. What is her idea of a fancy?
