It was a lovely surprise and so sweet. Everyone was so friendly. The gentleman at the bar was very kind as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again in the future. 」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. 「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. 」
