「Friendly cleaning staff. Good view and location 」

「I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul」

「 The hotel is run down, our balcony door did not shut so noise and wind coming through at night. Shower door did not shut so bathroom was flooded with every shower. Sink had a crack in it, mirror backing was faded, tables in restaurant all rocked. The hotel photos are very deceiving. The fridge was arms distance from the bed. The good points are that the hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful. 」

「The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. The next room we were given the lights didn't work. An engineer came and fiddled about a bit inside and outside the room. Eventually with some fizzing the lights worked. Now one of the main light switches didn't work and the engineer said he would be back the next day to fix it. That never happened. By our last night there was...

「Dinner was awful overpriced, overcooked chips tasteless sandwich. Taxi booked for 9.45 turned up at 8.00. Room very cold, no heater. I will never go here again.」

「The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient.」

「The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible.
