「I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul」

「No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. 」

「On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. 「The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.」

「Facilities were adequate . Rooms small with no tea/coffee equipment. Noisy rooms either from traffic or hotel guests . Breakfast choice was limited. Worst of all there is NO SPA and there has not been one for a long while !! Not a four star standard hotel !! 」
