「Super Hotel, perfekte locstion」

「The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! I would recommend this authentic experience, its a very short drive to the beach and main points (and in any case getting around in Agadir is best by car).」

「When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone.」

「The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive. The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! 」

「Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également. Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer. Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement.」

「So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff.
