This is going to sound like a rant but it's definitely not however! Here goes! The communal areas of the hotel were fabulous and all of it was scrumptiously clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you. However our room was very disappointing. This time we had a family room with two bedrooms a kitchen area. And living room. Bedrooms were ok, living area , bathroom and hall/ entrance were all ok but. Sink in the bathroom was falling off it's pedestal, toilet seat was very loose and couldn't be tightened (I tried) safe in the bedroom had full instructions but wouldn't work. I later discovered you had to have it activated at reception, but noby told us that, the wardrobe doors wouldnt close so we had to pop something in front to hold them shut, the kitchen area had cupboards but no cooking items or crockery, it had drawers but no cutlery, it had an oven that didn't work, it was gas and wasn't connected! It had a tall fridge freezer that lite up but didn't work and had a very small fridge as well that did work! All that was very odd I thought, a virtually empty room. If you don't want them used or they are broken get rid! The drinks in the hotel were the same as English prices really which in comparison made them expensive but outside the hotel they were much cheaper. I didn't but my family visited the same hotel last year and said the rooms were wonderful! Overall it wouldn't stop me visiting again but I wouldn't stay. As long (we only stayed a week) the room was very dated..

We had great time there perfect location environment lovely staff beds are very comfey room was bit small for us even it says its quadruple room but not a big issue only problem never get sitting for breakfast long queues for waiting ti get table and then times up for breakfast they ve more ppl and small place for dine . Option for food is not alot but its decent . Building is old but they still constructed new area and adding more things would definitely recommend and stay there in future. Nice and clean im very happy over all.

There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these details for future guests.

The hotel has some lovely staff especially in house keeping and at the restaurant. The wonderful entertainment team make it a welcoming atmosphere and it is exceptionally child friendly. This is my second visit and what lets the hotel down is management and reception staff. There was constant requests for extra money, an extortionate amount more for New Year’s Eve when we had paid for full board and no other options available, feedback from guests was that the food was poor despite the price. Drinks costing double during football matches, charging an obscene amount for water in the restaurant and the challenging guests who buy it for an 1/8 of the price at the adjoining shop. Reception staff can be hostile and this upset a number of guests. I do like this hotel but in order to keep returning guests, management need to consider these extra costs and ensure these are explained and justified. This would make reception staff jobs easier, as they are fielding complaints.

Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out.
