「I stay 2 night last weekend
Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help.
