"Big clean room, with a big clean shower/tub combo. Right next to grant park so it was super close to all of the cool things. Night time was a little iffy, but in the day time this area was super convenient"

"We stayed at the Arlo for four nights. The staff could not have been any nicer or helpful, not only did they give excellent restaurant recommendations they also were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The only problem we had during our stay was that we were unable to successfully use the user free bikes. There was an issue with the account on the hotels end. The front counter attendance were very apologetic and proceeded to work through the issue. Sadly, we did not have another opportunity to try out the bikes. We would definitely recommend the Arlo hotel to any of our friends visiting Chicago. iIf we go back to Chicago, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"There are so many things to like about the Ambassador Hotel, starting with its incredible Gold Coast location, it’s amazing history as a landmark hotel in Chicago, it’s traditional, elegant interiors nicely updated. Last but not least a big shout out to the front desk as well as restaurant/cocktail lounge staff for the incredible service that they provided to me and one of my best friend’s from college. She was coming from Australia so we planned a mini-reunion and the staff (especially William (or “Billy”) at the front desk) who went out of their way to make this a special several days for us! I will definitely be returning to the Ambassador the next time I get the pleasure of a visit to Chicago."
