「5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

「Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and...

「Unable to contact hotel by phone tried for over 2hrs information. Had to return to the hotel to get information.」

「Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.」

「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「fantastic place」

「Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.」

「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「酒店設施及衛生都很好，但因沒有冷氣，被子又太保暖，蓋了很熱，不蓋又很冷，所以整晚都不能入睡！」

「The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.」

「Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.」

「Good value for money 」

「Next to the beach and close to a grocery chain shop. Weather was exceptionally hot.」
