「Some areas very dirty .Manager wouldn’t keep bar open for residents after wedding . Breakfast plates/ glasses were dirty not one but a few breakfast was good after we got clean plates . Very short of staff staff having to run from one place to another as nobody else to cover.」

「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」
