Brilliant service, friendly staff, clean, well stocked room, bed wasn’t the comfiest for me but that’s a personal choice. As to be expected with a period property there are quirks, lots of creaky floorboards in our room but nt a lot could be done about this. Overall - fantastic!

Overall a fantastic stay Dinner and Breakfast excellent room and grounds amazing. A couple of things that could be better are the pressure in shower really poor and bed so hard resulting in poor sleep.

Friendly helpful staff and loved the location . Decor a bit bizarre in some areas like random pictures and dining room wallpaper . Staff were helpful but access to our room was difficult due to high number of stairs and number of corridors .

A lovely hotel with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The suite I was in was beautiful, but there was no mini fridge available for medication, and non available. An excellent venue for an escape and for a wedding.
