「Wonderful Experience in Morgans. Got free upgraded to a larger room. The staff are all sincere and helpful. But the location is a bit remote from the train station if you are travelling with large luggage.」

「Checked in slightly early and was no problem. I was also told I could use the pool faculties and so glad I did, beautiful pool and relaxing beds to read a book or chill afterwards. Bedroom very spacious and so quiet, this to me is very important as started work early the following day. Couldn’t make breakfast as left at 5am so they really kindly offered me a packed lunch, I stay away most weeks and have never been offered this before. Will certainly be a regular now on my business trips in...

The breakfast in the mornings is great and really appreciated all the efforts the staff went to over the Easter bank holiday. 」

Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings.
