Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea.

Parking was easy and accessible, breakfast and all dining was excellent. Staff were helpful and extremely polite. The Room was clean but a bit worn. The hotel could do with a lift , carrying luggage up and down stairs for elderly guests is quite wearing.

6/10 Okay

Room too hot-no ACC. Room could do with an update. Breakfast not good. Poor orange juice and awful coffee. Poor quality sausages. Public areas decent and car parking good. Overpriced as very much a 3 star hotel. Location good for M4 access.
