「Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone.」

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the valet drivers. They were very kind and very informative. We were able to check in quickly and early. The room was fantastic. The bathroom is HUGE and everything was very clean. The only downside to our stay was that there were only two functioning elevators ( they reported a recent flood took out the rest). Breakfast was subpar. Overall would highly recommend the hotel for the rooms, the convenience and the friendliness of the staff.」

「Had a very nice one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city and some of the bridges. It’s very convenient to the center city, with a light rail stop a short walk down the street and only 2 stops to get into town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you are into running there’s a nice long trail right along the River. We were there for a concert at PPG and it was perfect.」
