「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.」

「Breakfast room was a bit dirty, some mold in bathroom. Rooms were very humid and should have a dehumidifier. Pool and hot tub were nice」

「Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」

「This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..」

「The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This...

「We stayed at Mt. Olympus for a coyple days, and decided to stay one more night in the dells. We were pleasantly surprised by the Econolodge. The staff was warm and welcoming. The indoor pool was clean, not crowded, and open until midnight. The rooms at Mt. Olympus were 3 times the price, and much smaller. My kids said they would prefer to stay here next time we come to the dells.」

「The pool wasn’t working. The hot tub wasn’t working. The room was disgustingly dirty and there was disgusting stuff on the ceiling. And now we didn’t get a refund. I am not happy.」
