「We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!」

「Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.」

「Booked a room here for a quick place to stay while we visited a water park. Check in was smooth. Rooms were pretty standard and clean. Easy in and out.」

「Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.」

「Clean room. Friendly faculty with cute baby. Two free tickets for each person brings a lot fun.」

「Not the cleanest place to stay. Front desk a little helpful but never remembered to send clean towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper. We ran out of everything in our room. We didn’t even have toilet paper or towels for 2 days because the cleaning staff never brought them to our room after asking front desk several times. Walls are paper thin and kids running the and making noise all night and night.」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」

「The location can’t be beat, right along river walk, close to downtown dells! The amenities on the Vue property were okay small indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool across the street with the motel units, overall well maintained and the aloha beach facility was lovely! The room had a great view but the bathroom was absolutely tiny and not well maintained, felt like it was difficult for two people to share, would Not be good for a family for 4 adults」

「I was skeptical to book here based on reviews, but had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast area for dining is small and crowded, but the food was hot, replenished quickly and there was a very good variety.」
