"Room was filthy. The bathroom horrendous. Moved the shower curtain and a dirty washcloth stuffed up in the pleats on the rod fell down. Room had a bad smell. Swimming area was dirty. Grounds outside looked like they had never been naintained or picked up. Cigarette butts all over the grounds especially by the doors"

"It was so bad that I don’t have anything to compare it to. Hands down the worst hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the people were not helpful and the check in desk was a mile and a half away from the room. When we got to the room, motel doesn’t even give it enough credit. Dirty, small, no amenities. It felt like camping. Fridge was broke, the tv was tiny with no channels. I will NEVER book through Expedia or at this hotel again."

"We stayed on a Sunday night after a long day of hiking. Made use of the outdoor swimming pool to cool off. The staff were all top notch with their customer service, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had all the usuals of a complimentary hotel breakfast. Location was good too, close between Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton so quick drive to either in addition to the Interstate."

"The smell in the lobby after cleaning was nauseating and happened every other day. We were told told it was the cleaning fluid. Staff was excellent for breakfast and services. Good breakfast selection. A coin change machine was needed in the laundry machine. Overall a good stay."

"The room was very nice and made it a very comfortable stay. Our issues were more with the staff being disorganized and all giving different information. We asked when the pool was open, and they told us to scan the QR code to find out. It said 9-8pm on Sundays. (The night we were there) Come to find out the pool is ACTUALLY open until 9. So that was incorrect and the front desk didn’t seem to mind it. The next morning we went at 9am when it opened only to find the doors locked. Frustrated, we called the front desk and they said it opened at 10. WRONG AGAIN. So we go upstairs and ask the front desk in person, and they say it opens at 9. At this point I don’t think anyone actually knows. But thankfully the worker led us down and unlocked the doors. It was just frustrating not having any correct information, and not being able to rely on the workers to know either."
