「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.」

「Brand new property where you can still smell the paint drying! The double queen bed was very spacious with an oversized bathroom which was a welcome surprise! The shower head pressure was perfect along with the provided toiletries. If I could find a “con” to this property, my wife and I would agree that the one set of elevators makes it a challenge for rooms booked at either end of the property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again when visiting the Dells.」

「We had a lakeside kitchenette, with 2 queen beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. The pool looked like fun but we didn’t have time for it. Fishing was ok, a couple small bluegills caught on worms. For the price, you can’t beat this place. Our kitchenette had everything we needed except the food, pots, pans, utensils etc. very close to all the action that the Dells have to offer. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again.」

「It was clean, the AC worked, the hot water worked and the kids loved the pool. Checking was a little slow but when I went to get towels it was quick and easy. The free breakfast was nice the lady spent hours cleaning and cleaning.」

「Let’s start with the positives. The location is great, and the waterpark and pools are the perfect size for young children. The common areas were clean and appeared more updated than our room. Unfortunately, our room had a damp, musty odor that I could not get past. It felt humid, and the carpet in the bathroom smelled strongly of urine.
