I took my son skiing to Elk Mountain and booked a room for one night. I was very happy with all aspects of the Hotel. Room was clean and in great condition, not run down at all. Roomy well appointed, functional. I had supper at their restaurant; chicken parmesan. Service was so fast I hardly had time to eat the free bread roll. The salad was fresh but a bottle dressing. The chicken parm. was good with a good sauce, and more than I could eat. The bed was firm but comfortable. Service was fast and...

The restaurant and bar are fabulous, including the staff. They both deserve a full 5-star rating. The weekday we were there, both were crowded. The lobby and our room, although very clean, need attention, especially the carpet. We would love to dine there again and hope they pay more attention to the deficiencies in the lobby and Room 1.

Highly recommend this property to stay. Hosts Lisa & Dante are great people and make you feel like Family.
Loved our stay so much, we booked a stay for next year. This place is a hidden gem in the Pocono Region.

Hotel was very clean and front desk staffed when I checked in around midnight. Pool & hot tub closed due to covid. A small amount of breakfast items were available to go, also due to covid. Hallways are dark, as if lighting was an afterthought. Room was clean, TV modern, bathroom clean and modern. No bugs found under mattress. Would definitely stay again.

The awesome gal that checked me and the same person, I had the pleasure to check out with….was literally such a delightful personable individual! Too bad there aren’t more like her in the Customer Service Industry. I arrived early and asked if there was any chance to check in early…. She checked and there was! Above the call of duty… 😊😊😊

The room was perfect. Codes worked and way access. Very clean and comfortable.
If I had anything to say on the negative. We came up late and it was very hard to see the entrance and exit.
