"We stayed in one of their larger room for a family of four. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Can not ask for better service. The staffs all spoke english which made it easy to communicate. From our own personal experience with the hotel, we would definitely stay here again. "The room was clean and comfortable. Staff on the ground floor and at check-in were very friendly and helpful, though staff in other areas were only average. A few things to note: Facilities come with quite a lot of rules. The pool requires advance booking, which felt inconvenient while on holiday — I prefer being able to use it whenever I feel like. Entry is also not allowed if you’re wearing room slippers. Breakfast is organised into three entry sessions, which resulted in waiting times and a very busy dining area. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience. A wider fruit selection would have made the breakfast experience better."
