「My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver.」

「The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

「Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)」

「Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. 「I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!」
