"The room amenities, appointments, even the toiletries were luxurious. Beautiful bathroom and gorgeous balcony view. Room service dining from the restaurant was delicious. The pool area was beautiful. The welcome tea upon check-in was a nice touch. Check-in area was beautiful. Staff was professional and helpful from the car entrance and elevators, to check-in, to bell service, room service, housekeeping, and pool area staff. Sushi Sho was special. Thanks for the anniversary towel swan and flower petal welcome. "
