「The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. 」

「I gave low stars on website accuracy because after renting a room here I then find out that Panoramic Resort is actually in a hotel and Panoramic only owns some rooms in the hotel. They don’t tell you this on the website. Only after renting a room are you told that you could possibly rent one of Panoramic cars(if able) so you wouldn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount to park that the hotel collects. If you rent a car from Panoramic there is no parking fee. Would have liked to have known that...
