"Es war okay die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schade war das auf unserer Seite wir hatten Zimmer mit Pool Zugang der Pool nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde außer das einmal/ zweimal am Tag jemand vorbei kommt mit einem Netz um die Blätter raus zu holen ansonsten war der Pool echt eine unangenehme Brühe mit schmierigen film darauf,was man besonderes abends gesehen hat. "Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the first night was very frustrating. When I arrived, the hotel did not have the room I had booked. As a solo traveler, I reserved a standard non-smoking room with a king or queen bed due to asthma, which was very important to me. Instead, I was placed in a family suite far from the lobby. Staff called it an “upgrade,” but it was not— the furniture and TV were very dated, and the room was located near the lounge/club, where smoke and loud music carried into the room. When I returned to request a change, I was told the hotel was fully booked due to Eid. I explained that I had a paid reservation made in advance to secure my room, so being fully booked did not address the issue. Staff then promised to call me the next day once a room became available. I arrived late, around 11:30 PM after an international flight, and had no choice but to stay in the room. I was exhausted and did not sleep well due to noise, smoke, and discomfort. The next morning, I noticed the room was also not properly cleaned, with visible dust and dirt in areas. I never received the promised call and had to return to the lobby, where new staff had no record of my issue. After explaining everything again, I was finally provided with a suitable room that matched my original booking. While the rest of my stay was enjoyable, the lack of communication, poor handling of my reservation, and unacceptable first-night experience made for a disappointing start."

"We had a perfect time at Jaz. It is very family friendly and my kids loved the water slides that they didn’t even swim in the sea. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The buffet food was beyond our expectations that we love it more than those specialty restaurants that you need to make reservations. We even skipped our last reservation went directly to the buffet since they change items every day and taste better. The only recommendation is that there is not even one restaurant open all day . All the restaurants close during certain hours during the day at the same that that you can only grab snack from the bars. For our family who usually only eat two meals a day that is very inconvenient and we have to wait a long time for the restaurant to open to get a real meal. Otherwise bring some mosquito repellent. It would be a beautiful stay for families."
