We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Sunrise Garden Beach Resort in Hurghada! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The water slides were fantastic for both kids and adults, and the daily entertainment was excellent. The highlight was the amazing Tuesday Sunrise Festival — truly unforgettable! A special thank you to Mr. Moamen at reception for his constant support and professionalism, and to Shaben, the main restaurant manager, for kindly arranging a special vegetarian curry for us on seafood night. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. We highly recommend this resort to families looking for fun, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality. The team truly goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Keep up the great work!

My absolute best stay in Hurghada – Unbeatable service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have visited Hurghada many times before, but this stay at SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort was by far my best experience. Everything was flawless! • A true star: A huge, special shout-out to Moamen Said. He is a superstar who provided amazing hospitality and helped me with absolutely everything I needed. He truly made my holiday special! • The Dining Excellence: A big thank you to the restaurant managers Mahmoud and Sayed for their top-notch professional care. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire restaurant staff—the service across all dining areas was excellent. We had a lovely winter holiday at The Sunrise Garden Resort. There are two pools and a private beach, with plenty of sunbeds. The food was amazing and there was plenty of choice. We most ate in the main restaurant but also went to the à la carte Indian and the Mexican which were in the hotel next door. All included in the all inclusive. There was good communication from the hotel. Staff were helpful and we had access to a nominated member of staff via WhatsApp. The resort was beautiful and was clean and well maintained. We had lovely rooms and there was a great cleaner for my room (8219) who worked hard and with great pride. There’s access to lots of activities which are reasonably priced. We went quad biking, horse riding and snorkelling on a private speed boat. The sun shone, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We weren’t provided with the room we booked. The concierge was laughing while issuing us the room an asked us if there’s any trouble we are supposed to inform him so that he can help. After finding out the type of room, we requested for a change but the other room wasn’t available until after two days. After that we were shown a room that was freshly painted and even the paint wasn’t fully dry. The smell was unbearable. We requested for another option but the other option wasn’t available until the next day. So we spent half of our stay in two single beds with a toddler and we weren’t even provided with a toddler bed. Food quality was below average, the late night dinner buffet they had was trash! The only good thing was animation team working hard to keep the people entertained all the time.

Le personnel au petit soin, la nourriture variée, les activités proposées(beaucoup) et les animations pour les fêtes. Un petit bémol sur l'insistance des personnes à vous vendre, photo, spa, excursion, etc, mais rien de bien méchant. L'équipe d'animation au top et vraiment sympa. Je recommande cet établissement, et petit plus, piscine chauffée l'hiver, et accès aux piscines et restaurants du Mamlouk.

Wir haten eine Familiensuite (2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Gang und Balkon gebucht), Zimmer war sehr ruhig am Ende eines Ganges, Klimaanlage ebenfalls ruhig, immer sauber, Personal gibt sich sehr mühe, überall wird laufend geputzt, Essen ebenfalls sehr gut, Auswahl im Buffetrestaurant eher einwenig eintöntig - da hatten wir schon vielfältigere Auswahl - aber qualitativ sehr gut. Abends assen wir fast immer in den A la Carte Restaurants - kann man so oft man will (online buchbar einen Tag voraus) - diese sind sehr gut, vorallem das Mexikanische und Mongolische. Stand ebenfalls toll, die blauen Liegen sollten def. ersetzt werden und es sollten Matten für alle Liegen vorhanden sein. Tolles, sehr grosses Fitness, 300m Rundbahn zum Joggen, Tennis- und Paddelplatz sowie Fussballplatz, am Stand noch Beachvolley-, Basketballplatz sowie Petanque vorhanden. Für die Kinder ca. 8 Rutschbahnen sowie für die ganz Kleinen Wasser-Plansch-Park vorhanden.

Zimmer sind in einem ordentlichen Zustand, Betten sehr gut, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Badezimmer könnte modernisiert werden, Sauberkeit war dank des fleißigen Personals gut. Das Bier hat geschmeckt, der lokale Alkohol (gibt nur diesen) schlägt irgendwann auf den Magen.

Einen super schönes Hotel, jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Zimmern, nicht alle, renovierungsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles top. Wir waren schon zum 5ten mal in der Anlage, auf jeden Fall nicht das letztes Mal

Wir fühlen uns hier immer wieder wohl. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sauber, werden aber nach ägypischem Standard gereinigt und das Bad könnte (Dusche und Waschbeckenamateur) würde sich mal über einen Entkalker freuen. Die Auswahl an Essen ist einfach nur grandios. Neben dem eigenem Hauptrestaurant kann man auch das des Schwerster Hotels nebenan nutzen. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch insgesamt 9 a la carte Restaurants, die eine Reservierung benötigen und dann kostenlos genutzt werden können. Wer hier nichts zu Essen findet ist selber schuld. An der Pool Bar meinen sie es bei den Cocktails manchmal etwas zu gut mit dem Alkohol, sodass es eine Cuba Libre manchmal mehr Cuba als Libre hat. Wir waren zum Sommerferienende dort und gab am Pool immer ausreichend Liegen, auch wenn es den ein oder anderen gab, der schon früh morgens sich welche reserviert hat, hatten wir immer um 9:30 Uhr noch eine große Auswahl an Plätzen. Da wir immer nachmittags am Strand waren, gab es auch dort immer noch liegen für uns. Es war nicht das erste Mal und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir hier waren.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wirklich ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Das Speisenangebot war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage hat wirklich viel zu bieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
