Pickalbatros Hurghada hotels

"Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort. Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops. That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement. Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here. "

" Merveilleuses vacances au bord de la mer Rouge Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % et espérons revenir bientôt"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique hotel, so much so we booked another week whilst we were there and we have booked to come back in April. We had only been at the hotel for 2 days and we were upgraded to a sea view room. The staff are so friendly it is like staying with family and the hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the bars,restaurants and shops of the marina. The beach is 20 seconds away and is clean and tidy. We would give this hotel 10/10 and we will be back many times in the future "
