Expedia’s description of my room said there were two bedrooms. There were not. So our son slept in the middle of the living area. Inconvenient. Jacuzzis were cold. Breakfast was good. Beach was nice. Wished there weren’t people selling excursions walking up to us all the time.

Hurghada heven?

Big resort hotel with 3+ swimming pools and beach area - beach area is a bay so good for swimming. Food was plentiful in buffet breakfast and dinner - i prefer a more boutique hotel than this mass package holiday tourism.

Loved the beach, sandy with no rocks, clean and very safe for our kids. The food was very good too, some days better than others. The massage at the spa was perfect. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Overall we’re very pleased with the hotel and will definitely go there again.

Pros: clean room, beautiful beach view. Cons: very disappointed with the food and drinks. At an all inclusive, that’s what matters! I’ve been to all inclusives in the Americas and Caribbean and have always had the option for a la cart dining in addition to the buffet style restaurant. None of the restaurants at this Hilton were included as part of the all inclusive package. I could have gotten past that, but the food at the buffets was bad. We kept trying different foods, hoping for better luck, but only half the food was edible. I kept filling myself with French fries! While in Egypt! What a shame! The drinks were also very disappointing and I’m fairly certain I got sick from ice in my drink. I would not stay here again.

The staff and service was next to none. I have been to many resort with all inclusive and half board service. This one by far tops them all. The food was so rich with incredible variety. Never at the same thing twice during this week. Staff were amazing. I have never really seen such attention to details. Location is certainly the best I have been to so far. Restaurant staff and managers went above and beyond their duties to make our stay a very memorable one.

The hotel was very well maintained, staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also good value for money, but could have been better quality. Overall, a great stay and would choose again if I visited Hurghada.

A fantastic stay! A huge thanks to Nicola Windley for outstanding hospitality and loved this hotel! Will certainly stay again. If you stay, try the Asian wok restaurant, by far the best restaurant in Hurghada, staff and chef exceptional. Thanks guys
