「Location not great 」

「Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. 」

「The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.」

「The hotel was perfectly located, the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible. So kind and helpful, they even noticed it was my birthday and brought us complimentary champagne and cake at our breakfast. It was such a lovely stay and we cannot wait to return, which we absolutely will be! 」
