「Very good breakfast, well worth the price and convenience since there are no breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and service is great. Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience.」

「早餐很棒 wifi有點過慢 熱水要習慣使用方法 低樓層似乎有噪音問題 看人 服務很棒」

「The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend.」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「I stayed at Dosso Dossi for 3 nights, during that time they had some technical failure resulting in super hot rooms, I asked the staff upon which I rec’d a rude response in terms of they are unable to move me and insisted to open window. This is one of the worst experiences since it was not helpful and everytime I walked into room, it was like a burning room I am walking into. I even used Spa services and 2 washrooms didnt have any water. I was very disappointed with my overall stay here.」
