「アメニティやタオルの補充が不十分なことが何度かあったはものの，水のボトルやコーヒーのカプセルは十分すぎるくらいの補充が毎日なされていた。その他のアメニティとは担当者が異なるのかな。 そんな瑣末な話はさて置き，スタッフは非常に温かく（猫ちゃんも出迎えてくれます），街のど真ん中にあるにも関わらず部屋は非常に静かで清潔，全般的に快適な滞在であった。 隣にあるCAFE NEROや Starbucksをはじめとしたcafe，カルフールも隣にあり，飲食店も周辺に多く，目の前がメトロの駅なので，イスティクラル通りや旧市街へのアクセスもよく，立地は申し分ない」

「Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. 「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...
